Boating

Boat-themed, studio-style unit with full kitchen, air conditioning, two (2) double beds, queen pull-out sofa, 32" flat-screen Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, fan, ceiling fan, recliner, front and back doors (both with seating and dining areas), connecting hallway with Beach (#9) room. For your convenience, the full kitchen comes equipped with a large refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchenware. Towels, bed linens, and dish towels are provided. Each unit has its own picnic table, charcoal grill and outdoor seating. The back door faces the parking area, and young children's playground, while the front door opens to our private playground/commons area.
